Which Wrist Support Is Better?
I am a cheerleader and I have weak wrists from overuse tumbling. I’m going to order better wrist supports, but I don’t know which brand is better. Should I buy Tiger Paw wrist supports or Golden Hands wrist supports?
I would love for a gymnast or cheerleader to help answer this, because two of my best friends are gymnasts as well and they both use Golden Hands, which I have used before, and really like, but I’ve also heard about Tiger Paw.

I am also a competitive cheerleader! I wear the Golden Hands wrist support, and im in love with them! they’re great! for my ankles though, i have tiger paw supports, which also work great! although, i still always recomend the Golden Hands since ive been wearing theyre products for about 6 years now, and thheyve never let me down! theyre very durable and come in multiple colors. I love them and I hope you do too!!!
