Vise Bowling
can my cat eat dog food?

i have a kitten, i am not sure how old she is but i have had her for at least 3 months and she may have been at least two months before i got her…. but i also have two big dogs. and the alsway have food in their bowl fro them to eat and snack on because on of them is pregnant… but tiger my kittein eats wjith htem and vise versa, for now ts piuppy chow… but when it wan=snt she was eating that too… but i mix puppy chow dry wwith wet and she eats before the preganat dog does even though the has her own bowl of cat food… now she ewats hers as well wet or dry she just likes to eat… but is it ok for her to share with them they let her… they all have there heads in at the same time….

and if u say no hten how do i go about fixing this

It’s not going to hurt her if she eats the odd kibble, but it’s not good for her either. If shes a kitten she needs to be on kitten food as it has more protein for growing.

It’s bad if she is eating this as a large portion of her daily food. Cats require something called Taurine in their food, dogs do not. Therefore it is added to cat food.

Feed your pets separately. Maybe try feeding them at certain times and not doing a free feed (leaving the food down for whenever they want).

Best of luck!
