Great for getting in shape
It’s fun- young people luv it, husband luvs it and it’s entertaining when the guest come over. i recently had a baby the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board allows me get started on at my level as well as gradually increase as POST practice. I got a lot, better than wht i’d pay at store and improved than buying used by craigs list. I have it on my floor mat so it doesn’t move. No should buy additional items- shock, mat, yoga mat. Great for the winter months when it’s hard to escape the warm house to the cold. Stay home and obtain a good work out there. Love the flapping game where u ought to use ur arms to fly. Much recommended.
