What is the best straight bowling ball to make strikes with? What weight?
I’m looking for the best straight ball to use for strikes and spares on the widest range of lane conditions.
Weight goes by age. Here’s a list of bowling balls that would be good for you:
Maxim
Tornado
Tornado Warning
Power Groove
Power Groove Urethane
Tropical Storm- by far the one I would recommend.
Triple X Factor (Idk I think they discontinued the XXX line)
I’ve used all of the above except the Tornado’s and Maxim. Maxim is great for 1st timers though, and my friends use Tornados and they’re pretty good. I have to say, the Tropical Storm is the best one out of the list, IMO.
