Need help fast!! I’m making a coffee cake that is supposed to be in a fluted cake pan. I can’t find mine….
If I use an oven safe bowl and put a very small bowl in the middle, will it do the trick to create the fluted/bundt look? Or will the batter go under the middle bowl and ruin it?
What else do you suggest? My sil is all about things “looking nice”… and we’re going there for dinner tomorrow. Help!
I wouldn’t – you will have a mess on your hand. Just use a couple of loaf pan sand slice it up after and place it in a circle on a plate. It will look pretty that way
