want to know if im underweight?!?
im 5’5 girl 13 years old and 93 pounds. i eat alot and have gained a lot but i still want to know where i should be setting my goals to? here is what i ate today and yesterday
yesterday-
breakfast- 3 packets of original grits
lunch- 200 calorie pretzal pack
snack- half a bag of baked cheetos
dinner- lasagna and garlic bread
dessert- chocolate ice cream (1/2 cup)
today-
baby bottle pop(haha dont ask)
2 handfuls baked cheetos
2 handfuls pretzals
8 pringles
popsicle
brunswick stew
You are just within the healthy weight range as a healthy weight for your age and height is between 93 and 137 pounds. If you set your weight gain goal at around 110, this would be ideal. The food you are eating is mainly junk food, so you should try and incorporate a lot more protein in your diet, complex carbs and fruit and veg as well. Eat large portions of healthy food to help you gain.
