How can I improve my left handed dribble?
I’m right handed, and want to know how I can improve my left handed dribble. Of course I can do things like just dribble with my left hand and drills and the like, but I think to be truly good you need to do more. Outside of the drills, what are some things I can like will reading or watching tv that will help me? Just in everday situations. Any suggetions would be appreciated, thanks.
When I said movies and the such, I mean what can I do with a BALL while doing these things. Can I hold it in my hands, or play catch with it or something? Something outside of the court.
Tape you right hand behind your back and then do layups and crossovers using your left. Do this for like an hour each day without playing for real for a whole week doing so. Then play a little bit to get used to it, then do a couple more days of the same thing. It will come, but just needs to be forced and trained just like your mind.
