What can a girl do to gain a little arm muscle?

I am a 13 year old girl and i dont want to become super muscly but i want to gain some arm strength. I bowl and the weight inside my bowling ball is 13 lbs so one arm is slightly stronger than the other but not that much. I dont have any weight or dumbells and its the winter so no pool and no gym i want something i can do alone at home.

1) push-ups
2) negative push-ups
3) clap push-ups (or wtv they’re called, they’re just basically push-ups and u clap between each)

Personally, I play badminton, which kinda contributes to arm muscles. It’s fun and you practice your arms and legs :)
