Any of the balls in the provided links are suitable for a beginner…

Although I didn’t see any stats for those bowling balls (other than their weight) they, most likely, contain a simply structured, flat ‘pancake’ weight which, for those who throw a straight ball (which encompasses most beginners), is just fine.

I would recommend, especially to beginners, against getting a ball that is heavier than 10% of your body weight. Proper balance is essential in learning form and technique, – and these abilities are difficult to attain if you’re throwing a ball which is simply too heavy for your body; if in doubt, always go a pound or two lighter.

As I don’t know what your bowling motivations or goals are then I will just leave it at that.

If you’ve any questions, – feel free to e-mail me…;-)

Good luck…
