I am a first year powderpuff football coach for my high school game and need tips to get girls focused.?
I have under a week to prepare my team for the high school powderpuff games this saturday. They have talent but are really giggly which restricts their amount of focus. Also the girls dont have a strong concept yet of the game of football. Any pointers you can offer are appreciated.
1. explain the rules and use examples..use the girls as players and show situations….
2. get their giggling gone, tell them everytime they giggle they do pushups or something that will make them straighten up
3. tell them that you really want to do well, and they should want it too
4. Tell them HAVE FUN..
