How to cut out a line on a skateboard grip tape?
The grip tape is already on the deck, but i’ve decided to cut out a line on the grip tape, is it a bad idea to cut grip tape (even though it’s just a line) when it’s already stuck to the board? and if IT IS OK, then how to cut it out? im planninf on using a regular razor blade, but what should i do step by step, like first make a line with pencil or sumthing? idk, anything?
just eye it and cut it with the razor by hand. not much more to it than that. ive never seen anyone that was good at skating with cut griptape in 10 yrs though. just little kids, so i think its played out. spraypainting a stencil onto your board is kinda in.
