How many times a day should i feed my fish?
i have 3 dwarf gouramis
4 randomly bought by my mom, unwanted tiger barbs ( WILL NOT let me get rid of them in any way or form)
3 neon tetras
3 glo light tetras
2 plecos (i only wanted one but mom wont let me get rid of the other in any way or form because she WILL NOT get through her thick skull that that get to be pretty big fish and i didnt even want the plecos AT ALL i wanted a bristnose catfish but nooooooooooooooooooooo this isnt MY fish tank it’s HERS!!!!! as you can tell i’m kinda peeeved at my mom so yea wouldnt you oh and this is my fish tank!!!!!!!!!!)
oh and i ABSOLULETY LOVE MY MOM!!! it’s just everybody gets irritated with the people you love sometimes and i now she was only trying to help but it’s one of those times wwhen you are trying to help but really mess everything up
It is best to give your fish two or three small feedings per day. Only give an amount of food that the fish can eat in 2 minutes or less, as whatever is uneaten if left in the tank becomes waste and can foul your water leading to health problems.
The two plecos will not be much of a problem for some time I would imagine, as long as when it comes time to give them to a pet store, or a bigger home you do.
Do your 3 Gouramis get along? I have never had any luck keeping more than 1 unless it was a mated pair. Just wondering lol.
Just remember whatever they do not eat must be taken out to ensure the integrity of your water.
