Why is it that the Detroit Pistons never had a “Slasher” basketball player in their history as a team?
Isiah Thomas was not a slasher. True Slasher type of player. Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Grant Hill, etc. Slashers! Create their own shot with moves to the basket. I’ve never seen the Detroit Pistons with a slasher on their team and I’m 32 years old. I’ve been watching NBA since I was 5 years old.
Excuse me. Grant Hill was on the Pistons but he’s the only case though.
Isias was more of a slasher than a shooter, he only shot 29% 3pt’s FG throughout his career and have you seen his buzzer beaters clip? most of them were lay ups not jump shots unlike Jordan, Kobe or Bird.
