what are the chances of getting bowl cancer for someone who doesn’t eat fruit or veggies?
I am one of those people, and I’m really scared. I’m 14 and it’s unlikely for someone my age to not get the recommended nutrition – I’m just put off (i can’t bring myself to eat it, I dunno why). Help please, thankyou. What are my chances of suffering or dying from bowl cancer?

it is said that fiber content diet will reduce the incidence of bowel cancer. at this young age, i think u should eat lots of veg and fruits, which have other plus points also. many of these have antioxidents that protect ourselves from other diseases.
