Why do some people say I am acting black when I listen to rap or hip hop?
I like all kinds of music except for country and when I listen to rap or hip hop occasionally someone will say I am trying to be black.
Cause they think it’s funny! haha
They just let some weird stuff influence them to think and joke about such things. It doesn’t make them bad people, they just think they’re being funny. Unfortunately it’s at the expense of you and the music you like (not to mention black folks!).
Just tell them “music is for listening, NOT black ppl”.
