Help with baby halloween costume (glo worm)?
I am creating a halloween costume for my friend’s new baby. She wants a glo worm costume ( i think it’s great!!) I need some ideas though. I am using a basic bunting outfit (the baby is newborn) I need to make it look like segments of a worm. I was thinking using ribbon or putting elastic in, but that may be difficult and because he will be so little I don’t knwo if I want to do that. Any suggestions?
