The cause of myopia
Myopia occurs when the shadow object falls in front of the retina. Some conditions that cause objects shadows falling in front of the retina, among others:
- eye ball axis is too long
- the lens is too convex
- curvature of the cornea that is too large
Symptoms of Myopia
Myopia often overlooked. Especially in the early phase in which visual impairment is less felt. Some symptoms that may arise in the early phases are:
- Dizziness when reading
- a bit blurred when looking at distant
- Frequent squinting when looking at distant
- wink often when looking at close
How to cope with this myipoa?
Dealing with myipoa, it can be reached by 3 ways. There are several was to cope with myopia, such as wearing glasses, contact lenses, and Lasik.
Wearing Glasses
Using the glasses is the cheapest and fast solution. If your glass frame matches the shape of your face, then myopia sufferers can be more handsome.
Contact Lens
Women like contact lens to deal with myopia. That because, although a little bit troublesome to take care of, there are important reasons to switch to contact lenses. One of them is eye color options. Rainbow colors like red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet can color the eye.
Lasik
This is a new way to deal with myopia, but more expensive. Hence, the process is fast and give instant results using this method.
The better way is to prevent, so keep your eyes healthy
The three ways mentioned above are ways to overcome the myopia. However, if you want your eyes healthy and glasses free, you should keep your eye. By improving your bad habits in using the eye. Consumption of foods that contain nutrients for the eye can make your eyes healthy. Some vegetables and fruits with rich vitamin C, E, and A are good for your eyes, since they are what the eyes need. And one thing you should consider is, do eye exercises to improve vision regularly.
