~Could someone help me with the proper way to sand a bowling bowl?
I got an attitude shift and i’ve thrown 40 plus games on it the ball still hits hard but the reaction from it is just dieing down. So my question is when i get the abralon pads to sand the ball do i start with the one it came as because it came as 2,000 grit or do i have to first use like a 500 grit on it, than a 1,000 grit and than the 2,000 grit or can i just use the 2,000 grit on it. Really i just want to know if the 2,000 grit right away will put the ball in like too much too fast. if you know what i mean. Any help is much appreciated
Personally, I’ve never sanded my balls, even my reactive one. I just use isopropal alcohol to clean them up.
If the ball came with 2000 grit, it was at the manufacturer’s suggestion. I think using any lower grit would gouge your balls surface too much.
